The Loft is a fantastic Top Floor apartment providing modern and comfortable accommodation for up to 2 guests including a well-equipped kitchen/diner and a spacious, open-plan living area. The bedroom, a double, has an en-suite.

Outside, private driveway and access to an EV charging station.

It's a perfect retreat for families, couples and friends, with much to enjoy on the wonderful North Norfolk Coast. Just a short 4-minute walk from the bustling town centre and a 2-minute walk to the Buttlands.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

The kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetieres, full-sized dishwasher, larder unit fridge and freezer. Also, an Electric Oven and 4 Zone Induction Hob.

There's plenty of crockery, cutlery, serving dishes and all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a selection of herbs and spices for guests to use. Also a washing machine / tumble dryer, drying rack and an iron and ironing board.

There is a car parking space outside the house.
